Where flavor and color meet

Colori was born in Grecia, Alajuela with a simple idea: eating well should also feel joyful. That is why every plate carries color, every corner has a plant, and every visit ends with you wanting to come back.

We really cook: waffle batter made in-house, fresh fruit from the market, artisan bread and freshly ground Costa Rican coffee. No shortcuts, nothing frozen, plenty of care.
